Our unique and ideal candidate will not only be an enthusiastic online strategist but also bring a passion for social media. The Strategy & Planning Group at iCrossing is responsible for driving strategic thinking across various account teams by adapting marketing strategies to reflect changes in customer behaviors, technology and competitive landscape. We analyze results to insure that learnings are integrated into current and future strategies and develop frameworks to help refine our clients’ online strategies. As a Strategist in this group, you will conduct research and analyses to help clients develop innovative online marketing strategies. You will also help execute social media marketing programs for clients. Major Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities: * Conduct research on the Internet by leveraging third-party research tools (e.g., Forrester), as well as creatively searching online * Develop social media audits for clients * Organize data and research findings into presentation reports under the direction of senior team members * Play an active role in developing innovative interactive marketing strategies * Produce PowerPoint slides effectively on his/her own or from \"skeleton\" slides from project lead * Execute social media engagements, including managing social spaces for clients * Maintain awareness of new social media marketing techniques being used by others, as well as look for opportunities to innovate and develop completely new techniques * Track success of online marketing programs and develop reports for clients The ideal candidate: * Can leverage the Internet for research and analysis * Is analytically strong with proven ability to demonstrate data interpretation capabilities * Has an intellectual curiosity (always asking \"why?\" and “what next?”) * Is very familiar with all major forms of social media and has actively cultivated his/her own network on at least one of the social media sites * Possesses excellent oral, written, and presentation skills * Works well with cross-functional teams * Is self-motivated, requiring minimal supervision in a fast-moving, relatively unstructured environment Qualifications: * Bachelor\'s degree * 1-3 years experience in related field (e.g., management consulting, interactive agency, marketing, advertising, market research, public relations) * Digital marketing or social media marketing experience preferred * Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel * Basic understanding of SEO and SEM a plus How to Apply
