Responsibilities:

The Sr. Director/VP, Web Sales will be responsible for:

• Building, managing and leading the web sales effort at Phoenix Technologies, including goal setting, team development, measurements and results.

• Provide thought leadership to Phoenix’s overall web sales efforts

• Collaborate the following activities with other cross functional teams within Phoenix to assure success with in the web sales business:

o Devise, create and execute effective marketing campaigns through branded website, partner programs, revenue share arrangements, and key word optimization to reach a target online sales goal
o Create, test and evolve the user experience including GUI and site navigation
o Monitor e-business trends and advancements that will assist in meeting ecommerce business objectives
o Manage and prioritize and multi-tasks projects

Qualifications:

• Well versed in web sales technologies including Web 1.0 and Web 2.0 approaches and methods, tools and techniques
• Significant B2C experience in online marketing, campaign development and management, customer acquisition and retention
• Proven experience in online sales and execution
• Proven experience in planning an online advertising program to recruit online customers, drive up-sell programs
• Affiliate program/online partnership marketing experience
• Search engine marketing and website analytics expertise
