A unique opportunity exists for a highly energetic Web Analytics expert to work with a team that is widely recognized as one of the leading marketing organizations in technology today. The Senior Manager of Web Analytics will be responsible for implementing Omniture suite of marketing analytics and other web analytics tools, developing the roadmap for conversion optimization, and driving adoption of web analytics across marketing through training and evangelism. Responsibilities: • Build Salesforce’s web analytics infrastructure by implementing Omniture and other state-of-the-art web analytics tools and by integrating with Salesforce’s CRM application, website content management system (CMS), and other internal systems • Develop metrics and methodologies to measure various sub-domains and sections of the salesforce.com website including the corporate site, international sites, Salesforce Community, Appexchange, Careers, and Foundation • Work closely with Marketing Operations to streamline processes and systems in order to gain deep insights and information while simultaneously reducing the manual overhead of data gathering • Perform in-depth analyses to create the website testing roadmap in order to boost conversions • Create web performance reports and management dashboards to enable web marketing managers and the management team to make data-driven decisions • Inculcate a culture of testing across web marketing, product marketing, and demand generation teams through training and quarterly certification • Make testing an integral part of the website production process Required Skills/Experience: • 2-3 Omniture implementations, preferably in B2B and subscription based business environments • 5+ years experience in web analytics implementation • Proven product management and program management skills • Strong analytical skills and functional expertise in analytics, measurement and reporting for new media, interactive marketing and web channels • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be results-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM a big plus • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field How to Apply
